This issue: the blow-and-vacuum module.

Obstructed screw location? Standard nose can’t reach it? Danikor integrates a vacuum pick-up nose into the module for tight-space access. A screw is blown to the nose, then gently held by a vacuum sleeve slightly larger than the screw head. A pneumatic gripper opens and closes to prevent sleeve/bit contact, eliminating friction and the risk of the screw being blown away. The screw is held perfectly vertical and delivered to the target hole without tilt.

Key advantages

• Vacuum sensor confirms screw presence inside sleeve.
• Ideal for confined spaces; excellent visibility.
• Stable structure with reliable screw support.
• Sleeve life is extended because sleeve and gripper never rub.
• Design guarantees the screw arrives exactly perpendicular to the surface.

Sequence

  1. Screw is blown through feed tube into the vacuum nose.

  2. Vacuum sensor checks sleeve pressure to verify screw position.

  3. Gripper jaws open.

  4. Sleeve, still holding the screw, passes through the jaws (horizontal or vertical) and delivers the screw to the target.

  5. After successful placement, the cylinder returns the module to home position.

Danikor’s standardized module portfolio lets customers select quickly and deploy proven solutions for automotive, electronics, appliances, medical, aerospace and other critical industries.
